Following the recent press coverage regarding horse meat, we would like to reassure our customers that all beef products supplied by School Food Company are made from fresh organic beef which is sourced directly from Lower Hurst Farm in Derbyshire. All our beef products have been tested and we can confirm that they are 100% organic beef.
Here at the School Food Company we provide free range and organic products within our school menus, all locally sourced, which come directly from farm to fork.
We use local suppliers and producers. We only use food that we can trust, which is of a high standard, properly produced, fresh and good value. Value defined not just in terms of cost but also in terms of quality.
